Report: eating in the dark helps you lose weight





Researchers said that eating in the dark may help to reduce weight, the British newspaper Daily Mail reported that the researchers revealed that deprive people of vision through eating food can help them lose weight

  The study pointed out that this would lead to the establishment of people overestimating the amount of food that they ate by up to 88%

The report showed that eating enjoyment without the ability to see it also reduces the amount of food eaten than those who drank in the light

  Said Dr. Britta Renner professor of psychology at the University of Konstantz Germany, who led the research it seems that the people that they radiate more full when they eat they do not see the food, perhaps because they are focusing their attention on other
